If you own a restaurant, bar, club or represent a church organization, poetry reading group or any business or organization in Tulsa and the surronding area, comment about it - tell us about it below.
If you don’t own a business here but you still want to let everyone know about a great experience you’ve had a Tulsa dining establishment or Tulsa venue, talk about it!
Byron and Vince will review the info and publish it on TulsaTonight.com so our readers can learn more about this great city in Oklahoma.
Byron and his wife along with my girlfriend and I may pay a visit to some of the places you tell us about and we want to share all that is great about these places with you too… so let’s hear about it all!

Hey Vinnie
Thanks for mentioning this site.
I started a music entertainment co. in Febuary on 2006. I am from New York, and i find that it is a bit more differcult for me to branch out and find acceptance for the music is write and produce. I have 3 very great artist with lots of material, between the three of us we have mire experience then meny people that are earning money with major lables. Two of my artist performed as opening acts for major artist, ScarFace, Biggie Small, Noreaga, and quite a few others over the years. I wonder why is it that even though we have the following to pack clubs, on the 1st and the 15th of each month, and we perform in various other states. Tulsa shows us no love in the aspiring artist community. Those that are doing only help people they know, not at all based on talent or ability. I intend to be here in Tulsa my company King Karah Inc. is young i am hoping next year i will be able to secure a loan, and do things on a larger scale. I still manage to put out 5 full album CD’s this year. I am moving into video, and i also am shootinh a short story video. I write lyric’s, play key’s produce hip-hop andR&B tracks. I sing a bit, also rap. I have a library of songs with over 208 vocal tracks, and an addition 112 instrumental. All songs with copyrights and pending publishing.
I have material being sold, and for sale on various web pages on the internet. I do what any legitimate independent does with no capital to work with. I need help i am doing all of this alone. I will not give up. i will continue to do the day to day work so that the company stays in business until i can get the capital to boost my sales, and possible get one of my artist a recording deal as we continue selling songs to stay alive.
Eric,
Tulsa is ready man, but you just have to keep sending the demos to the right clubs. Pick up a copy of Urban Tulsa, if you haven’t already. Scan the club listings, get addresses and send the demos and a well written resume and perhaps some kudos from acts you’ve opened up for.
Best of luckEric!

Hello, my name is Olivia Alkhatib, my family just recently opened up a steakhouse in south tulsa (big step for us, we’ve owned a Bill&Ruths for about 19 years, then sold it to open up our steakhouse) We’ve gotten write ups in the Tulsaworld and Urban Tulsa, both very nice. I just wanted to post a little something because I’m very proud of my father. He came to America when he was 18 lived in Boston, NYC, and various places before settling here and going into the restaurant biz. I’m sure as everyone knows this line of business isn’t always prosperous and you don’t necessarily get a booming crowd right away, but my dad did a lot and worked hard to get us to where we are now. I think more people appreciate a family owned business more that a chain. So this is my little tribute to my dad, owner of Bluestone Steakhouse and Seafood. If you guys get a chance, come check us out! www.bluestonesteakhouse.com
Thanks
-Olivia
